A social worker assigned to care for a single mother’s daughter intervenes when the father returns from prison, luring them into a criminal life.
The story is about a young girl named Jojo, whose life turns upside down when her favorite dance coach decides to retire, and is replaced by an enthusiastic instructor named Poppy. Joe and his good friend, Ruby, want to keep running for the upcoming dance competition and must do their best to follow Poppy’s new and strict rules. Realizing that he can no longer hide his brilliance or bow, Joe is expelled from his dance troupe and must rediscover the meaning of dance for him.
